Feel clear about your place in the age of AI:

rediscover your own wild intelligence.

What if you didn’t have to pick between being technical or creative? What if you could finally feel like all the parts of you belong at the table?

Uncover your wisdom that no algorithm can replicate,
through a 7-day guided immersion in poetic, somatic, and natural intelligence, with other mid-career tech leaders and creatively inclined professionals.

In the words of poet RM Rilke: “You must give birth to your images. They are the future waiting to be born.”

I'm not worried about AI replacing you. I’m worried about you forgetting what makes you irreplaceable.

But there's that relentless mob of headlines that keeps shouting at you: “How to 10x your creativity with AI!” but also “Watch out! It'll rot your brain!” and “If you're not using this hack, you're already late!”

As your screens flicker, there's a feeling rising inside of you.

This anxious, dizzying dance between awe and anxiety.

It sounds like “Am I being left behind?”and “Am I using the machine or is it using me?”

You're not alone.

Picture this:

Chapter 1: You land in Costa Rica and drop the weight of the last two years of AI at the door.

Chapter 2: Through guided experiences, conversations, and creative flow you reconnect with the parts of you that Silicon Valley can’t replicate, feet planted in Samanea's lush ground.

Chapter 3: You leave with clarity about how your intelligences (plural!) can lead, contribute, and shape what comes next.

Because here’s the truth: The world doesn’t need more people chasing tech trends. It needs people who know who they are. People who bring a different kind of intelligence into the room.

So if you’ve been feeling the pull, like now is the time to pause, rethink, and recalibrate—this is it.

Wild Intelligence is a seven-day antidote to the overwhelm. It's a living classroom to remember what we’ve always known: the poetry of language, the wisdom of the body, the intelligence of the living world.

It’s for the bridge-builders — those willing to stay in the grey, to ask sky-wide questions, and to step down from pedestals of fear to lead from the soil of imagination.

Professionals  everywhere—from strategy leads to product managers to HR partners—are silently wrestling with the same question:

"What do I offer in a world where the machines keep getting smarter?"

There it is, that static itch that won't let you sit still.

And unless you step away from it long enough to hear your own intelligence again, its buzz will gets louder and louder… and louder.

That’s why this isn’t just a digital detox or a self-help retreat.

It’s a re-education where rhyme precedes reason.

We do not see things as they are, we see them as we are.
— Anais Nin

Here’s the thing: you can’t get this clarity by reading another blog post. Or taking another webinar.

Only if you step outside the noise, if only for a few days, can you hear the signal again.

That’s why this immersion was designed: to give you that space.

So if you want that kind of reset… this is where it starts.

This is for you if

  • 🌿 You're a tech leader, decision-maker or worker and you’re craving a space to think deeply about how you’re shaping this field from a human perspective.

  • 🌿 You straddle two worlds — you're a strategist who paints, a data scientist who dances, a founder who journals in metaphors — and you’re ready for a place where those parts can finally meet.

  • 🌿 You’re a humanist who wants to get involved. You might have background in psychology, philosophy, design, education, or history and you’re curious how your humanist insight can influence the evolution of AI.

  • 🌿 You feel intelligence is bigger than computation — and you want to explore its other expressions: emotional, poetic, somatic, and ecological.

This is not for you if

  • 🟠 You’re looking for a technical bootcamp or a place to learn prompt engineering or agent design. We'll be stepping away from screens during this immersion.

  • 🟠 You view AI purely as a tool problem — not a cultural, creative, or spiritual one.

  • 🟠 You resist reflection or stillness as valid forms of learning.

  • 🟠 You prefer clear answers over inquiry, or certainty over curiosity. The whole group will be invited into lively conversation to let insight emerge from collective intelligence.

The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.

You might think: "I should figure this out on my own" or "I don't have time to unplug."

But what if time away actually saved you time? What if space was the thing you've been missing? And what if your next best move wasn’t another hustle… but a pause?

What you'll bring to life

Poetic Intelligence

Language is how humans have made meaning for millennia. It's now the basis of Large Language Models.

Through guided writing, storytelling, and reflection, Lauren will help you rediscover words as instruments of perception — tools for sensing, connecting, and creating new futures.

Here, poetry isn’t ornamental; it’s a technology of truth.

Somatic Intelligence

Intuition isn’t a nice idea: it’s an embodied form of wisdom.

Each day includes time for the body to process what the mind learns — through deep rest, yoga, and guided hikes through the nature reserve. These practices build awareness of how stress, creativity, and intuition live in the body, and how grounding can unlock communication and decision-making.

Nature's Intelligence

Led by Karen — a biologist, career conservationist, and steward of Samanea sanctuary — this exploration takes us outdoors — into the forests, rivers, and rhythms of Costa Rica.
Through observation, ecological practice, and dialogue, you’ll learn from nature’s systems: how they adapt, regenerate, and collaborate — lessons we can bring back to our technologies and teams.

Collective Intelligence

Insight grows through interaction.

We’ll practice active listening, sense-making, and group dialogue to explore how new ideas emerge in community — when curiosity replaces certainty and difference becomes a resource.

By the end of the week, you’ll have not only words and ideas but practices you can carry back into your work, leadership, and life.

Your CO-inspirers

What happens when you put a biologist, an AI strategist and two poets in a room? You get Lauren and Karen. We met at the confluence of logic and wonder, and are meeting up with a third guide on this immersion: Samanea Nature Sanctuary.

We created this because we believe the future needs more human-centered tech leadership. And because no one is offering immersions like this for people like you.

So we stopped waiting and started crafting.

Lauren Ducrey

An award-winning poet, keynote speaker, and former AI strategist at Google, Lauren works at the intersection of technology and tenderness. Her practice — which she calls Poetic Intelligence — helps leaders and organizations reconnect emotion, creativity, and meaning in an age ruled by metrics. She has guided global teams at companies like Google, PepsiCo, and AXA to use language as a bridge between logic and humanity.
At Wild Intelligence, her brainchild, she invites participants to explore how our words shape worlds — and how re-enchanting language can re-enchant leadership itself.

Karen Gordon

A biologist, naturalist, and poet of place, Karen holds a B.S. in Biology and an M.A. in Educational Leadership—credentials that support her three-decade journey as a field biologist, restoration ecologist, and educator.

She’s worked in settings from Costa Rica’s cloud forests to coastal fjords, reviving living systems. As founder of the 40-acre Samanea Nature Sanctuary, Karen weaves ecological restoration and attentive inquiry into every experience.

At Wild Intelligence, Karen anchors us back into our human-earth relationship, helping us remember that nature is not just a subject—it’s a teacher.

Samanea Nature Sanctuary

Our third teacher isn’t human. Samanea, the land that holds this immersion, is a sanctuary nested in Monteverde, alive with the hum of birds, the pulse of roots, and the light-woven lace of jungle canopies.

Here, learning happens through place as much as through people. The rhythms of Samanea — its quiet, its rustle, its breath — are woven into every practice, inviting us to remember what intelligence feels like when it’s embodied, connected, and alive.

To be a poet is to be an ambassador for humanity in a society with an allergic reaction to itself.
— Alok V Menon

We’re keeping the group small and intimate on purpose, so spots are limited. This isn’t a conference: it’s designed for real transformation.

If this is speaking to you, the time is ripe now.
